This newly purchased plot has planning permission for a large new build house. Conditions have been discharged and building works will commence soon. We expect a completion date in Q3 2026. Location: Dorking, Surrey.

Planning approval gained in September 2025. This project involves in the construction of 4 flats. 2 × 2 bedrooms and 2 × 1 bedrooms. We are currently preparing plans for a 5 flat scheme, including: 3 × 2 bedrooms and 2 × 1 bedrooms flats. Location: Streatham, London.

We’ve identified an area of derelict land that is perfect for development, subject to approval. With numerous historical planning rejections, we feel that we can propose an improved scheme that is suitable for the location. There are numerous site constraints and we need to carefully consider these in our planning application. We hope that the next update will be a successful application!
