Upcoming projects

Streatham, London

With the benefit of lapsed planning, we are taking this project through planning again with Lambeth Council. This project involves in the construction of 4 flats. 2 × 2 bedrooms and 2 × 1 bedrooms. We are going to upgrade the previously approved plans to create more amenity space and present a better layout for both access and living. Location: Streatham, London.

We’ve identified an area of derelict land that is perfect for development, subject to approval. With numerous historical planning rejections, we feel that we can propose an improved scheme that is suitable for the location. There are numerous site constraints and we need to carefully consider these in our planning application. We hope that the next update will be a successful application!
